Since 2006, a relentless evolution
Born from Jiannis' passion for hospitality and art, this unique space in the heart of Perugia is much more than a restaurant: it's a laboratory of sensory experiences where cuisine, art and culture blend in perfect harmony.
The walls are ever-evolving art galleries while the kitchen tells the story of Umbrian territory with contemporary and sustainable language.
