Our Story
L'Officina was born in 2006 from the vision of Jiannis, who transformed a historic space in Borgo XX Giugno, in the heart of Perugia, into a place where gastronomy meets art and culture. Not just a restaurant, but a laboratory of sensory experiences.
The name itself — L'Officina (The Workshop) — evokes the idea of an artisan laboratory, where every detail is crafted with the same dedication as a master artist. From the selection of ingredients from the Umbrian territory to the composition of dishes, every element tells a story.
In nearly twenty years of activity, L'Officina has become a reference point for those seeking a gastronomic experience that goes beyond the plate: a place where dining means immersing yourself in an atmosphere of beauty, culture and conviviality.
